Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Waco Northwest, An Ihg Hotel Bellmead, Bellmead

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were not only uber clean and comfortable but also spacious with a good smell lingering throughout our 5-day stay. However, the service received, especially from Tiffany and Natalie, was subpar in my over 30 years of traveling. On the bright side, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The location was very nice, close to Baylor University and perfect for our birthday trip to Waco, although the seating at the pool area was limited. When it comes to the dining experience, it was only so-so, not living up to the usual Holiday Inn standards, and the facilities were just alright.
